Terms and Conditions:

• Promotion is subject to availability upon reservation request.

• Promotion is valid until 30 September 2025 for arrival on or before 30 September 2025.

• Applicable to new direct reservations for Serviced Apartments at CHI Residences with minimum stay of nine calendar months.

• Applicable to individual booking only.

• Monthly rate includes government rates and tax, management fee, services charges, gas and water bills and broadband connection.

• For unlimited electricity usage, a monthly package will be applied according to apartment type in addition to the monthly rate.

• Housekeeping service once a week with linen and towel change (Except Saturdays, Sundays & Public Holidays).

• Pets are welcome, additional pet fee will be applied.

• Advance payment of one month rental and one month security deposit (two months security deposit required for over 3 months lease) are required to secure reservation.

• No cancellation, date amendment or early termination is allowed once the reservation is confirmed or full amount of prepaid deposit will be forfeited.

• Advance reservation and confirmation are required and subject to room availability.

• Cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts or promotional offers.

• Extension of stay subject to price revision.

• Check in time from 00:00 on commencement date and check out time before 23:59 on expiry date.
