Terms and Conditions:

• Promotion is subject to availability upon reservation request.

• Promotion is valid until 31 July 2023 for arrival date from 25 August - 31 October 2023.

• Applicable to new direct reservations of Studio 410 sq.ft. / 490 sq.ft. or One Bedroom 430 sq.ft./500 sq.ft. at CHI 314 with minimum monthly stay of one calendar month.

• Applicable to individual booking only.

• Pets are welcome, additional pet fee will be applied.

• Housekeeping service with linen and towel change is limited to once a week (Except Saturdays, Sundays & Public Holidays).

• Monthly rate includes government rates and tax, management fee, services charges, utility charges and broadband connection.

• Advance payment of one month rental and one month security deposit (two months security deposit required for over 3 months lease) are required to secure reservation.

• No cancellation, date amendment or early termination is allowed once the reservation is confirmed or full amount of prepaid deposit will be forfeited.

• Advance reservation and confirmation are required and subject to room availability.

• Cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts or promotional offers.

• Extension of stay subject to price revision.

• Check in time from 00:00 on commencement date and check out time before 23:59 on expiry date.
